Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on every order, no minimum purchase needed.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, then usually arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping. Total delivery time is typically 4–7 business days from purchase.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. It can take up to 48 hours for tracking to update after that.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it's before 3:00 PM CT on the day you placed it and it hasn't started processing yet. After that, cancellation isn't possible, but you can return it once delivered.
What's your return policy?
You can return unused, unworn items within 30 days of delivery, in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Return shipping is free, with no restocking or handling fees.
Do you offer exchanges?
Not directly right now. If you need a different size or color, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
